Mermaid Digi Release at My Whimsical Little World

Hi everyone!
Paola here. We have three beautiful mermaid digi stamps to share with you this week at My Whimsical Little World.  I have always been fascinated by the magic of mermaids.  I like to believe that they are real...My mantra is "Just because you cannot see it.does not mean you cannot believe it."  With mermaids I associate beauty, peace, calm, freedom, magic. I hope you see these qualities in this week's digits. I created the "Love" mermaid to encourage you to be  gentle to yourself; remind your self that you are as important as anyone else on this planet, and that you should take great care of yourself.  The "All is Calm" mermaid came from the moments when I take time to meditate and just be at ease in my environment. The "Friendship" digi I drew to remind me of the all the incredibly beautiful friends I have met, and that I need to take care of those relationships because those friends have been there for me, supported me, and make me giggle and smile when my kids are at school and my husband has to travel. I am blessed and thankful for my friendships online and not online...you mean the world to me.

The special guest this week is a dear friend of mine, Els Brussel.  Here are her beautiful creations, made using two of the "Friends" digi stamps. I love how Els always thinks outside the box with product and her creations.  There is no paper piecing in these cards...the pattern was created in a program.  How cool is that!

Love how Vicky added the "Baked With Love" digi onto the apron. Great idea! Digi stamps are not just for cards. They can be used for scrapbooking, home decor and clothing. What will you create with a digi?

It's Playtime At My Whimsical Little World

Hi everyone! :) My Whimsical Little World's theme this week is playtime. :)  Who does not like to play?  Let the kid come out and play and have a happier, creative week.  We have two adorable digis to share with you this week -- "Littlest Aviator" and "Vroom Vroom" -- and they are hard at play. :)

Hope you stop by My Whimsical Little World YouTube channel and check out the card album for the week:  "Littlest Aviator". I know I say all the card albums are all special, and they are, BUT this one REALLY is... hehehe.  The card album is flying overseas, and I cannot wait for it to arrive on someone's doorstep.  These albums take me a while to construct as I am so very picky and pour my heart into them.  Each week I challenge myself to go as far as possible with one single bag.  I am rather enjoying these challenges, not only because of the fun of each challenge but because the albums are going to some pretty special people in my life.

We have both of our new team members, Karen and Debo, contributing this week to our digi release.  I am so excited to see our team grow creatively.  They are a talented group of ladies and I am in awe of their talents.

Please stop by their blogs to see more of their work and how they made this week's creations using digi stamps "Vroom Vroom" and "Littlest Aviator".

I want to say a very SPECIAL thank you to my good friend Chantal Parsons.  I like to call her the Vinyl Queen. :)  I am vinyl challenged, but she saved the day!  Together we made this cute tote for my daughter. I designed it but she ..well she did the rest.  Which is no easy task when you don't know what you're doing with vinyl.  LOL  I will post behind-the-scenes pics at our Facebook group. Such a fun day and I learned that you really need to be careful when using flocked vinyl. :)
